submitted by Caleb C. - |Recommended: NoBad location and kind of cramped, but the price is reasonable and the quality is good. — Don't live here if you're claustrophobic. The rooms are kind of small and the walls are thin, and it's sandwiched between a lot of other buildings as a result, parking availability is not great. The upside is that it's relatively cheap and well-built, and the staff are friendly. Just speaking for myself, though, it feels very cramped at times.
response from property -Hey Caleb! Thank you so much for leaving a review. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve to make your experience here unforgettable, please don't hesitate to let us know!
submitted by Emma H. - |Recommended: NoProperty Review — Good Private rooms Large apartment spacious. Location is close to the campus Bad Tiny rooms the hallways are huge I feel like they could have push the walls in the hall closer by a ton. tiny showers which is weird because the bathrooms are massive Hard to get a hold of the office, very rarely answer the phone. Rent is pretty expensive for what we are getting parking is sorta trash

We have recently made changes in management on the property, and we would love to hear you feedback on what we could do to help improve in the future. Thank you again!

I am, however, glad that the room has been good for you. We would love to hear you feedback on what we could do to continue to improve in the future. Thanks again!

Neighbors are quiet and you never really have any noise issues. Parking is definitely a nightmare, and needs to be addressed.
response from property -Thank you for your willingness to share your thoughts with us, Isaac! I am happy hear your experience and been overall pleasant. We would love to hear you feedback on what we could do to help improve that in the future, especially with parking. Again, thank you so much for sharing with us. We are happy to have you living here with us.
submitted by Emma T. - |Recommended: YesNice, but small — I would live here again. Pros In-unit washer dryer, floors are nice, even though there should be more parking, there is covered parking for the apartments, overall building is nice Cons built for 4 people, not 5. The kitchen is especially small. Parking is ok but there are not enough spots for everyone that lives here.
response from property -Thank you for your review!

submitted by Cody M. - |Recommended: YesGood place to live — I have enjoyed living here. The apartments are modern and nice, and the management is nice, but they are a little slow at fixing certain things, especially if those things are deemed as not a priority. But they are cordial and willing to help. Overall it’s been a good experience for me.
response from property -Thank you for your review!
submitted by Haylee D. - |Recommended: NoIt's okay — When I moved in, bathroom was filthy - toilet hadn't been scrubbed in months and hair grime on the floor. Carpet had not been vacuumed and lots of hair from the last person was there. Also, schedule an appointment for when you move in or else you'll wait 45 minutes for someone to show up to the office. Internet service provider they are using is not great. Had to call the internet provider several times in the first month of being there and each call lasted at least half an hour. You can definitely hear your neighbors. Pictures on the website make the kitchen and living space seem a lot bigger than it really is, they're actually really small. Kitchen had been partially refinished since the pictures were taken though. Not a lot of space for 5 people to store things - you each basically get 1 cabinet for all your stuff, food included. Fitness center is a plus, but it wasn't well maintained. My room was bigger than expected and came with twin bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and chair. Closet is decent sized too. Bathroom was partially refinished and looks better than pictures. One thing they were really great about was snow and ice removal. Overall, you could probably find more value for this price in Logan.
response from property -Thank you for your willingness to share your thoughts with us, Haylee! I'm sorry that your move in experience was an unpleasant experience for you. We have recently made changes in management on the property, and we would love to hear you feedback on what we could do to help improve in the future.
submitted by Ryan E. - |Recommended: YesIt is pretty nice. — I was in need of an apartment and they sold it to me super quick. My only issue is that I was ill informed on the parking situation.

submitted by Logan P. - |Recommended: YesAmazing Experience — As a student transferring from across the country, I was extremely nervous about finding a place that would feel like home. Luckily, Stadium Crossing and their staff have been absolutely wonderful. Anytime I have needed any help from maintenance, they have responded and helped immediately. I highly recommend this place to students who want great sized rooms, and clean apartments. Parking on weekend nights can be a little difficult to find spots close to where you may prefer, but there are always enough. I have on occasion heard my neighbors in the flat above me, but never enough to where it is bothersome or worth complaining about. The heat and AC works so well Having your own washer and dryer is also something that you will not take for granted. They matched me with great roommates who are now some of my closest friends. Overall, Stadium Crossing is a great place to live as a Utah State student.

submitted by Alexis W. - |Recommended: YesI like it and thinks it's a nice place to live. — I recommend it. Parking is a bit of a problem if you have a car, but the management does a good job at helping you work through that. It's a comfortable space and I enjoy it here.

submitted by Jarod R. - |Recommended: YesI enjoy it here, however there are a few cons. — Living here is for the most part pretty good. Having your own bathroom is nice and I like the layout of the apartments. The price is also affordable. The main con I have is the internet. In order to get more than a few mbps which is absurdly slow by todays standards you must pay extra each month. However even with the most expensive and fastest option available it still struggles sometimes. It seems as though the bandwidth allocated for the complex is too low. During times of high traffic from around 3 pm- 11 pm I have experienced very high latency and high ping when trying to use the internet for things that require low latency and ping such as gaming, video streaming, etc. I have also heard my neighbors through the wall late at night a few times but this is probably just because they were being abnormally loud so its not a big deal. The only thing really holding this complex back from being the best is the internet quality in my opinion.
response from property -Thank you for your review!

submitted by Riley M. - |Recommended: YesIt is a nice property for now. Needs some upkeep — It is really nice place to live. There are some upkeep things that are not so great. The weight room gym is pretty dusty, and the apartments weren't that well cleaned before we moved the floors though were great . It has really nice appliances. It is great now, but unless they take care of it will get trashy. It's also annoying when a little Toyota parks in the large car parking only.
response from property -Hi Riley, Thank you for the review! We really appreciate your honest feedback and will use it constructively. We try our best to make living at Stadium Crossing a positive and memorable experience and appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work toward making Stadium Crossing the best place to live in Logan! :) -Stadium Crossing
