|Recommended: NoNice but dirty — My room apartment was not clean when I moved in. Carpets had not been vacuumed, let alone shampooed. Window tracks were filthy, kitchen was grimy, and bathroom sink doesn’t drain. My room had led lights left up from previous tenant and had fallen leaving stripped paint all over the walls. I know I pay a cleaning fee and it would be great if the place was clean from previous tenant. I also don’t want to be charged for messes left here previously. My room had no desk in it. The place reeks like dog. I understand it’s a service dog but all of its stuff is in the living room and the dog wonders freely in the apartment, not staying in its owners room. The internet is really slow so doing homework is difficult. All in all it’s a nice place other then it was filthy moving in. I recommend this place but since it’s not clean it’s a real deal breaker.
We do cleaning checks between move ins and move outs, with the expectation that current residents that live in the unit will maintain the cleanliness of the unit for the new residents. Thank you for your patience as we worked to remedy the missing desk. We do require all resident's with an ESA to abide by the stipulations in the assistance animal addendum they are provided and sign. |Recommended: YesI don’t know where to park — This is a fairly common thing here, that there isn’t enough parking. Which is a difficult dilemma, but they should at least tell you of nearby places for parking overnight, or provide an overnight parking pass for somewhere. Overall the building is nice, and my apartment was nice enough. I don’t know if they actually check the rooms before move-in because a few things were broken or not clean at all on move-in day.
Yes, we do have a limited number of parking spots at our complex and we do have parking enforcement to monitor the lot for our residents that have parking passes. Between move-outs and move-ins we do have cleaning checks - and we do our best to get to everything. Thank you for your feedback Shaylee!

|Recommended: NoIt wasn't what we expected it to be. — We moved in and it was not clean. There was stuff all over the floor. The carpet is gross and has stains on it. There is no storage in the bathroom and very little in the bedroom. The people before us left all their kitchen stuff here, and it didn't look like they cleaned the kitchen at all. There's literally a hole where a cabinet should be in the kitchen. The room is honestly really small. The parking is terrible and there's nowhere to park. The staff has been pretty nice and easy to work with though.

|Recommended: NoBad wifi, too expensive — good place, but the wifi stinks. It's actually probably the worst wifi that I've ever used. The price I'm paying right now is good, but it's getting raised and it's going to be overly expensive.
Thank you for your honest review Megan - we do have a support line for our internet provider that can assist with internet issues. There are options to upgrade your personal wifi on the provider's website when you sign up. Our rents have been raised to cover increased costs to ownership of the property over the last year. |Recommended: YesMad Respect — I was so fed up with previous management at my previous places of residence. From the moment I started my process here at Stadium Crossing, I knew I was being listened to and cared for. Moving in was smooth and easy. The property manager treats me like a neighbor as he should and I have had zero problems or complaints living here. Great place and great neighbors.

|Recommended: YesGood but has issues — Overall id rate it 3 stars. The maintenance group is amazing and fixes every issue really fast. All amenities in our apartment worked. Washer and dryer gives a few issues every once in a while. Internet is not the best but will allow you to do most school things. The part that really sucks is the parking and whoever manages the parking. There is not enough parking to accommodate every one, only about half. When I signed up in early summer I was told I would be put on the parking wait list. When fall came around they sent a email of who was on the parking list and my name was not on it. So I called and they said they would put me on it again. Its now November and I went to check my waitlist status and I was told again that I was not on the list.
