|Recommended: YesPretty good place to live — A pretty good place to live, I only have two complaints, the standard internet speed and access to parking. Otherwise, the layout is great, the space is really good. The general grounds look great and the facilities are good.

|Recommended: YesPerfect place for me — I live in one of the private bedroom with private bedroom units next to the tower and I love it. For the most part people above us and even my roommates are fairly quiet and respectful. It's definitely calm and a great place to be if you are busy a lot. Maybe not the place if you're looking for a bustling social scene, but a great place in a great location. The place wasn't brand new or in tip top shape but overall it was clean and everything works decently well. Especially for the price I'd recommend Stadium Crossing to anyone.

|Recommended: YesReally good apartment and fun atmosphere — I really enjoy living at Stadium Crossing. The apartment is really nice and already feels homey. The only complaint I would have is the parking situation, but they also very helpful in that regard.

|Recommended: YesDecent but no parking or fridge space. — Great, especially for the price, though theres not near to enough parking passes, nobody in my entire dorm got any. My room was messy on the day of move in I have been sneezing since moving in until I was able to buy a vacuum and vacuum under my bed. Overall great apartment, the only things that are annoying are a low parking availability, b one fridge to 6 guys, c my room wasn't clean when I got it. And D Even though I dont have parking because there is low availability, about 1 3 of the outdoor spots have massive tree branches hanging into them which im sure the people who payed for the parking passes are annoyed about.

|Recommended: YesBit outdated, but nice — The furniture and appliances are a bit old, but the location is awesome especially for the price. The website is a bit confusing though, and there doesn't seem to be a place to place a maintenance order, just the number for the office.

|Recommended: Yes3rd year living here and overall a good experience.
I mainly like living here because its close to campus, but feels more like an apartment vs a college dorm, which is nice. they don't shove social events down your throat and just make it a quiet comfortable place to live. generally its a good place to live with a few exceptions
2 out of the 3 years ive been here the trash chute has been locked, and we have to walk our trash quite a ways to the dumpsters.
the wifi is pretty horrible, 10 mbs upload and download shared between all devices per resident makes using the internet a nightmare, plus i seem to have to manually connect my phone back to wifi every time I get home could be an issue with my phone they offer higher internet speeds for monthly fees like 10 and 20 dollar options for 20 - 30 mbs upload and download, which in my opinion is no where near worth what youd be paying extra for.
overall I think its very good for the price, with a few problems mentioned.

|Recommended: YesNice place, but no parking — Really nice big room, and also very helpful staff. However, there is very very limited parking, so there is almost noc chance if you are just moving in that you'll get a parking pass.

|Recommended: NoIt’s decent but could be a lot better — Most everything in the gym isn’t working, parking is available but spots are hard to get in to. The staff is nice, but not in the office a lot of times when they are supposed to be. Not to mention the showers are TINY. Nice for the summer, but i wouldn’t live here year round.
