|Recommended: YesIt is clean and quiet and very close to campus — This property is clean, its quiet and it is very close to campus. You are close to a hospital, and within range of 3 grocery stores, the location is ideal. The apartments are well kept and all the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.

|Recommended: YesIt is clean and and has good lighting — it is cozy.

|Recommended: YesNice place, hard to get parking — It's a nice clean place, buy hard to get parking and the rooms are smaller than they look in pictures. The staff was really good though and easy to work with

|Recommended: YesNice apartment but overpriced and poor communication from management — I really like the layout of our apartment and the location to campus. However, I was told that I would be able to get parking and then discovered when I moved in that I would have to find a place to park somewhere else on my own. I’ve had many incorrect charges placed on my account and had to call to explain the mistake made. I also arrived to an extremely dirty apartment and a broken dishwasher due to the last people who lived here. I think there should be a better protocol for moving out and making sure the place is cleaned very well.
|Recommended: YesNot too bad. — It’s a nice place, but it has its flaws. My biggest complaint would be that there is hardly enough parking, and they don’t really help you if you don’t have parking. It has some nice amenities and the rooms and furnishings are pretty nice. Is a little banged up, but not horribly.

|Recommended: YesIt sucks but not too bad — A lot of things are broken, the construction all seems crooked, like the walls and windows are crooked. they are slow on maintenance, but who isnt. It looks pretty nice on first glance though, like clean and relatively new for the most part.

|Recommended: YesGood but over priced — It is an extremely nice place to live but there are cheaper places to live around campus. It’s a good environment if you’d like to live somewhere quiet. Very nice appliances and lots of space. It’s not a social place and meeting new people is tough here.

|Recommended: YesCute place, but could be better. — The apartment itself was super cute and pretty nice. I enjoyed having my own room and bathroom. The walls were SUPER thin. The girl in the apartment next to me would play music aloud at a normal okay level but you can hear everything. I know too much about her without meeting her from the conversations I overheard of her on the phone... Limited cover parking, but during winter you're going to wish for more of it. I enjoyed the roommates I had and overall enjoyed living here. You get what you pay for.
