Admittedly, the rent is a little more here than you’ll find elsewhere, but the quality and good management speaks for itself. Monthly rent has utilities included so feel free to take long showers and crank the thermostat There’s also a TV with Netflix and cable as well as many other features. Parking is extra but worth it especially in the winter, because you can’t park on the street overnight . There’s laundry in the unit which is AMAZING, as well as a dishwasher. Both private and shared rooms are offered. I’ve loved having a private room and my own space. There are bus stops that take you to campus close by, and they are punctual. There is an LDS church very close by, and Walmart is a 3 minute drive. All and all just a solid place to live.
response from property -Thanks for the kind words! We love having you here and are glad you enjoy it so much!

response from property -Thanks Dallin! We pride ourselves on fixing maintenance requests in a timely manner! We are glad you have enjoyed your time with us!

New flooring, newer furniture, and better cleaning before our arrival have been positive signs. New mattresses springs would be an excellent near term goal. We plan to return next year. On-site management is responsive and courteous. We find Stadium Crossing an excellent place for our stay in Logan. Btw we are senior summer citizens and probably more fussy than young folks

The apartments are wonderful, and furnishings look really nice. The staff here is so helpful they're always organizing events and handing out food to all the residents. Stadium Crossing is the best place I've lived, and I'll live here the for the entirety of my time at Utah State if I can.

submitted by Bailee J. - |Recommended: YesGreat to place to live while attending Utah State University. — The amenities are great. Management was very nice and helpful. They had a social event for residents and fun contests to win prizes. The wifi worked nicely I never experienced a problem with it. The television also worked nice with only a couple hiccups that would always get fixed. Washer, drier, kitchen was great. Both the work out room and movie theater room were nice and never too crowded. I had a private room, and it was a better price than living on campus and paying for a meal plan which was great. On the downside, random things in our apartment would just break for literally no reason fridge handle, towel hanger, microwave but management was helpful and these things were fixed promptly. It also seemed like the oven in our apartment really wasn't cleaned well from last years residents. I think the halls and elevator could be kept cleaner. It seems the only time they got cleaned was during the last month April while tours were occurring. Overall though it was a really great place to stay and I would stay again if I weren't graduating.

The walls are kind of thin but unless your neighbors are super loud then it's not much of a problem.
response from property -Thank you for the review Delia! We are super glad to have you as a resident!

If I ever had any questions the manage was always friendly and willing to help. The apartments are cute and you have a workout, lounge, and movie room to use.
submitted by Jessica V. - |Recommended: YesExcellent layout and amenities, great staff, very thin walls — I've enjoyed living at Stadium Crossing. Staff and maintenance are responsive. The amenities are great, especially the private bathrooms and the WONDERFUL theater room The walls are very thin I can hear when the apartments on either side of me use their microwave or walk up down the stairs. On the plus side, the guy in the room next to mine sounds quite nice when he plays guitar The noise isn't usually a problem and people are respectful. Turning on the bathroom fan is usually sufficient to drown out sounds. I would recommend Stadium Crossing to students who want to live close to campus and have a private bedroom and bathroom for a good price.
